Please arrive just on time, not early or late. There’s limited parking and we’re back-to-back with families all day.

Feel free to take photos ‘behind the scenes’ at your session, but leave the ‘proper’ photos with Santa to us. Please do tag us if you share on your socials, we just love to see!

FAQ'S
We’re based on Arrowe Brook Farm, Arrowe Brook Lane, CH493NZ. Sat nav/Google maps will bring you to the working part of the farm, by the cowsheds. To get to the studio, you’ll need to take a left back out onto the road and pull in on the next driveway on the left. If you have any trouble do call on 0151 625 3322 but please be aware we might not answer straight away if we’re with another client.
If you’re unsure what time you’re booked in, do check with us. You’ll also receive an SMS reminder the day before, with your timeslot. Sessions are every 20 minutes all day so it’s important you get to us promptly. If you arrive early for your session, please park on the working part of the farm and only come round to the studio at your scheduled time. This is very important as there is limited parking. Thank you in advance for arriving at your scheduled time!
This bit is really up to you! As you’ll know from the images, the scene is a cosy, living room on Christmas Eve! The colour scheme is festive reds and greens. You’re welcome to bring a change of outfit if you’d like to try two different looks. Provided your children are happy to pose, we should get through them both in the allotted time. If you want shoes on show – please bring clean shoes for your little ones to put one once safely inside the studio – this helps to keep the set looking great and reduces the spread of germs.
Within a week of your session you’ll receive log in details to view your portraits online. You can order directly from your online gallery, and digital images are available to download immediately! We’re always available to help if you’d like to chat things through when placing your order.
