2022 has been a whirlwind so far, right? Our first year of relative normality, post-covid, and autumn is almost upon us! I am delighted to confirm that further to recent discussions with The North Pole… the Big Man in Red is very much keen to come and meet all the children of the Wirral, once again, at the Slinky Photography Studio – Wirral Father Christmas Experience!
Bookings open on Monday 1st August and very often sell out within hours. Father Christmas, as you adults all know, is a very busy man and we can only take up so much of his time. Once this special event sells out, we are unable to release any further availability.
What are this year’s dates?
This year, Santa will join us on October 15 th, 22nd and 29th.
Why October???
October is the PERFECT timing to ensure you have your beautiful images processed and returned to you. Our stunning prints and products take time to make, and we like to ensure there’s no rush in having them all ready to gift to your nearest and dearest. Personalised Christmas cards are sure to make your friends and families day when they land on doormats throughout November and December, so timing is crucial to ensure you have everything you need in the lead up to the festive period!
How long will we be there?
You’ll be with Santa for ten glorious minutes, much longer than you’ll have with Father Christmas at a grotto, and a much more magical experience. The session can be child led if your little one is naturally inquisitive and happy to engage with him, or we can help out the shy ones with fun tasks to do to ensure the perfect portraits!
Ok, sold! What’s the price?
The experience costs £99 and includes:
– your family’s private audience with Father Christmas.
– a small gift, courtesy of the elves.
– and even your favourite image as a high resolution digital download, that you can print, share online and do as you like with!
You can select that image from a gallery of beautiful photographs, usually around a week after your visit. There’s a whole range of prints, products and digital options available, in case you struggle to choose just the one.
Can I bring somebody else?
Sure! If you wish to bring cousins/friends or anybody else, please book a session per family. If you book sessions next to each other we are happy to merge them in order to photograph everybody together – this will depend on numbers and ages though so please contact us in advance to arrange this.
Can I change my day or time?
Unfortunately not. We sell out every year so there’s no wiggle room unfortunately, be sure to book a date and time that works for everybody.
What if I don’t want to meet Father Christmas?
Oh my… this year’s alternative set may just be my favourite EVER! Just look how much fun these two had whilst shooting the promo!
Join us for ‘Tree Farm Fun’ on Saturday 5th November. Many of our clients book both and I can see already that Tree Farm Fun is going to be super popular!
Both the Father Christmas Experience and Tree Farm Fun are priced at £99 and they go on sale at 8pm, 1st August.
